Monthly membership is a one-time USD 29 purchase for 1 month; annual membership is a one-time USD 199 purchase for 12 months, paid in full, and renews at its first-year price for life. Renew manually after expiry; there are no automatic charges. Both include unlimited BaZi charts, compatibility and oracle draws, 50 AI in-depth readings a month, daily insights, a week preview, 20 date selections each month and monthly analysis during membership. Wait for the current reading to finish before starting another in the same service, and follow our fair-use rules. Reminders are opt-in and use your own saved profile, time zone and time; email and browser reminders are optional and can be turned off at any time. Your membership period starts at the verified payment time and saved reports remain available afterward. Availability, applicable taxes and the final total appear in the purchase confirmation and checkout.

Membership includes 50 in-depth readings shared across BaZi, compatibility and oracle readings per UTC calendar month, resetting at 00:00 UTC on the first. Only successfully generated new reports count; viewing or translating saved reports does not.

BaZi, compatibility and oracle deep readings each cost USD 9, purchased separately. Basic charts and oracle draws are free. Start compatibility and oracle AI readings explicitly after purchase. Active membership includes all three types.

This is an online digital service with no physical shipment. Generation can take time; successful payment does not mean the report has been delivered. Check progress in your order or account. Saved paid reports do not expire with a temporary chart session. Deleting a report or closing your account removes the relevant content; save copies beforehand.

Membership starts after payment confirmation and lasts one calendar month or year. Your workbench shows the exact expiry date. New benefits stop at expiry, while completed reports remain readable. Active memberships cannot be purchased again; buy a new term manually after expiry. Daily reminders require your own saved profile, timezone, time and explicit opt-in in the workbench. You can choose email or browser reminders in your settings. Email requires a confirmed address, and browser reminders require permission; both can be turned off at any time.

Payments use Waffo Pancake. A one-time charge is authorized only when you actively enter checkout and confirm its amount. Free features, sign-in and saving information do not authorize payment.

Undelivered reports qualify for a full refund requested within 7 days of purchase. Duplicate or verified unauthorized charges, failed delivery or our failure preventing delivery for more than 72 hours also qualify for the corresponding refund; applicable statutory rights are not limited by the 7-day window.

An unused membership term qualifies for a full refund requested within 7 days if no reading or daily-insight benefit has been used. Properly provided used services are generally not refunded for a change of mind. Services we cannot provide may qualify for repayment of the unprovided portion; material defects and statutory rights are unaffected. Renewal is manual, with no automatic charges to cancel.

Request a refund in workbench order details or contact support; submitting a request does not confirm repayment. Normally delivered reports are generally not refundable for a change of mind or dissatisfaction with an interpretation, except for material defects, a mismatch with the purchase description or statutory rights. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; bank posting may take longer. See the Terms for full conditions.
