Services and scope
This website is operated by bazitao (referred to as “we” or “us”). These terms cover the features currently offered. Availability, conditions of use and any demonstration status are described on the relevant pages.
If you do not agree with these terms, stop using the relevant services. Our Privacy Policy separately explains personal information processing. Reading or accepting these terms does not replace any separate consent required by law.
Services are supplied online at bazitao.com as digital content and software services; no physical goods are shipped. By registering, purchasing or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 and authorized to accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent.
Traditional culture and AI readings
Chart calculations, traditional interpretations and AI explanations are separate processes. Birth details, calendar choices and time settings affect calculations. AI readings and translations may contain errors, omissions, ambiguity or inconsistencies and should not be treated as professionally verified facts.
We do not promise to predict the future, change fate, or guarantee health, wealth, relationship or career outcomes. Make independent decisions based on real circumstances. Consult a qualified professional for medical, psychological, legal, investment or other important matters. Explicitly labelled demonstrations and examples are not your actual results.
Accounts and eligibility
This service is intended for users aged 18 or older. Provide valid account information and protect your password and signed-in devices. If you discover unauthorized use, revoke the affected sessions and contact us.
Availability of email registration and Google sign-in is shown on the sign-in page. Do not impersonate another person or transfer accounts for fraud or to evade access restrictions.
Keep your account and billing email current and do not share sign-in credentials. You are responsible for account activity you authorize. Contact us promptly to investigate unrecognized charges or sign-ins.
Submitted information and permission
Check birth dates, times, locations and other inputs. You retain your rights in your inputs and grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence only to provide the requested service. We will not use your inputs to train AI models without your explicit consent; third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Before submitting another person's details or requesting a compatibility reading, obtain their informed permission. Do not submit unauthorized information, information about minors, or sensitive details unrelated to the feature. AI features may send necessary information to external model services; read the processing explanation and consent prompts first.
Acceptable use
Follow applicable law and respect other people's privacy, dignity and intellectual property.
- Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, discrimination or threats, or use readings to pressure others into harmful decisions.
- Do not attack systems, bypass authentication or rate limits, make abusive bulk requests, access other people's private reports or disrupt the service.
- Do not present examples, AI content or cultural interpretations as scientific conclusions, professional diagnoses or guaranteed results.
- Before sharing a report, remove information that should remain private and obtain the affected people's permission.
- Do not use inputs, outputs or model responses to train, fine-tune, distil, benchmark or develop competing AI models, systematically extract outputs, or resell or subcontract access without permission.
- Do not infringe intellectual property or use the service to create or facilitate deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, sexual content involving minors, malware, phishing or attack materials, or violate applicable law or payment card network rules.
Website and generated content
Rights in our brand, original design, software and original educational content belong to us or the respective rights holders. Traditional texts, open-source software and third-party assets remain subject to their existing rights and licences. Do not impersonate our brand or copy protected content for commercial promotion without permission.
As between you and us, to the extent permitted by law, you own AI outputs generated from your inputs, and we assign any transferable rights we hold in those outputs to you. You may save, print and lawfully use your reports. This does not transfer rights in quoted texts, third-party materials, software or our brand. AI outputs may lack copyright protection or exclusivity and may resemble other outputs. Verify accuracy, permissions and privacy before using or sharing them.
Pricing, one-time payment and digital delivery
Basic BaZi charts and features labelled free cost USD 0 and are never charged retroactively. A complete AI deep reading is a one-time purchase per report, currently USD 9.00. See Pricing for the included services. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, automatic top-up or hidden charge you have not actively confirmed.
Each purchase authorizes only the amount displayed for that order at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes; the currency, tax and total are shown before payment confirmation. Price changes apply only to future purchases. The current payment integration supports test mode only and purchases may be disabled. Test checkout does not charge real money or mean that live paid services are available.
When purchases are enabled, hosted checkout is provided by Waffo Pancake. Server-confirmed payment unlocks generation of one report, which is prepared asynchronously and saved to your account when complete. Payment success does not mean generation is complete; we do not promise instant completion. Check progress in your order or account and retry failed generation on the same report without paying again.
Delivered reports are available in your account. Expiry of temporary chart data does not automatically expire a saved paid report. Keep copies of important content. Deleting a report or closing your account deletes the relevant content and does not entitle you to free regeneration; refund rights are addressed below.
Cancellation and refunds
Free features have no monetary refund because no payment is collected. Test payments likewise involve no real money to return. You can still request technical support or exercise privacy rights. The following refund rules apply to orders for which money is actually collected.
Before payment, you may abandon a purchase by closing checkout. There is no automatic renewal to cancel. Generation starts automatically after payment confirmation; closing a page or deleting an account does not cancel an order. Contact us as described below to request cancellation or a refund.
Submit ordinary refund requests within 7 calendar days of purchase. Undelivered reports may be cancelled for a full refund. Duplicate charges, verified unauthorized charges and orders we cannot deliver because of our technical failure qualify for repayment of the corresponding amount. If our failure prevents delivery for more than 72 hours, choose to wait or request a full refund. Billing errors, non-delivery and statutory refund rights are not limited by the 7-day window.
A successfully delivered, accessible digital report is generally not refundable for a change of mind, your own input errors, deletion of the report or dissatisfaction with a traditional cultural interpretation. Exceptions include material defects, a mismatch with the purchase description, duplicate charges and rights under applicable law. Digital delivery or use alone does not remove statutory remedies.
Email xingwu2006@gmail.com from your account email with the order reference, payment date, refund reason and necessary details of the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method through Waffo Pancake within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank posting may take additional time; we will communicate the outcome.
A full refund ends access to the order’s report and associated translations. Partial refunds follow the confirmed resolution. Your statutory consumer rights, including an applicable EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right, remain intact. Where early digital delivery and loss of withdrawal rights require separate express consent and acknowledgement, the exception applies only after those requirements have been met.
Billing enquiries and disputes
If you do not recognize a charge or believe an amount is wrong, email us with the order reference. We reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days; any refund follows the processing and bank-posting explanation above. Contacting us first can help resolve the issue, but is not a prerequisite to exercising rights with your bank, payment provider or regulator and does not change statutory dispute deadlines.
Changes, records and account closure
Maintenance, security work or product changes may interrupt or change services. We will explain impacts when reasonably practicable. Networks, external AI services and devices can also cause delays or failures. We cannot guarantee continuous availability or error-free reports. Keep your own copies of important content.
We may take necessary and proportionate steps to restrict illegal use, violations of others' rights or threats to system security. You can delete saved records or close your account on the security page. See the Privacy Policy for information processing and retention.
These terms apply while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious breach, suspected fraud or legal requirements, explaining the reason where permitted. If we terminate for reasons unrelated to your breach, prepaid undelivered reports will be refunded in full. Deletion and necessary retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Where liability can lawfully be limited, we exclude indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages and cap aggregate liability at the service fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit non-excludable liability, statutory refunds or other mandatory consumer remedies.
You are responsible for your choices and actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of cultural content, AI readings or translations.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, affect your statutory consumer or privacy rights, or waive responsibility for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Contact our public email address first to discuss a dispute. Unresolved disputes may be addressed through authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law.
Updates and contact
This page identifies its version and last update date. Material changes to services, charges or principal rights and obligations will be announced on the site and sent to registered email addresses at least 15 calendar days before their stated effective date. We will obtain renewed confirmation or consent where required. You may stop using the service before that date and address undelivered orders under the refund policy. Changes do not retrospectively alter confirmed orders.
Contact the email address below about the service, accounts, content or these terms. Describe your request without sending passwords, verification codes, complete identity documents or unnecessary birth details.
If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective to the extent permitted by law. These terms, the Privacy Policy and expressly confirmed order details form the agreement for the relevant service; none excludes mandatory statutory rights.
